4-H Clubs

Eligible 4-H members include any student in 4th-12th grade.

We are currently in these schools on a monthly basis during school hours: Calhoun Elementary, EK Baker, Englewood, Etowah City, Mountain View, Niota, Riceville, and Roger’s Creek. Homeschooled youth may attend our 4-H Homeschool Meeting held monthly.   We also offer Honor Club to 6th-12th graders as an invitation only club.  If you are interested in becoming an Honor Club member, please contact us!

Club meetings will be held in the months of October, November, January, February during the 2020-2021 school year.  Our annual Farm City Day and Spring Rally Days are currently on hold due to the pandemic restrictions.

Contests for the 2020-2021 year will include: Public Speaking, 4-H Posters, Demonstrations (4th and 5th graders only), Interactive Exhibits (6th-8th graders only), Photography, and Clover Bowl.  Contests may be changed this year to virtual, depending on how restrictions are at time of contest.   4-H members are given information about contests during the club meetings and the rules are also posted below for parents and members to view at any time.  We also encourage the members to participate in different community service activities each month. These vary by month and details are given during club meetings each month.
