Private Applicator Certification and Re-Certification – Private applicator pesticide certifications are conducted on an as needed basis at the Extension Office. Initial certification fees are $75.00 and will allow the user to purchase restricted use pesticides. Recertification classes (cost is $25) are conducted every three years. All current applicator certifications expire on June 30, 2023.
Soil and Forage Testing – Soil and forage testing service is offered through the state lab in Nashville. You may obtain a kit and instructions at the Extension Office. Basic soil tests are $15.00 and forage tests are $20.00
